Big Kids Build ("we", "our", "us") is a brand of Clean and Green Lifestyle Pty Ltd. We build creative apps for young children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our apps.

We take your family's privacy seriously. Our apps are designed to collect as little data as possible.

2. Information We Collect

Our apps do not require user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal information from children.

Photo-to-Colouring Feature: Our apps include an optional feature that converts a photo into a colouring page. When this feature is used:

• The photo is sent to a third-party image processing service (xAI) for conversion
• The converted image is returned to the device
• Photos are processed solely for the purpose of creating a colouring page
• We do not store, retain, or access the photos on our own servers
• xAI retains API data for up to 30 days for safety and abuse auditing purposes, after which it is automatically deleted
• Photos are not used to train AI models

This feature requires parental approval before first use in each session.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service:

xAI (Grok API) — Image processing only

• Purpose: Convert photos into line-art colouring pages
• Data sent: The photo selected by the parent/guardian
• Data returned: A processed line-art image
• Retention: Up to 30 days for safety and abuse auditing, then automatically deleted
• Training: API inputs are not used for model training (xAI confirmed policy)
• Privacy policy: x.ai/legal/privacy-policy

We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.

4. Children's Privacy

Our apps are designed for young children but are not listed in Apple's "Kids" category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions).

The photo-to-colouring feature is gated behind a parental verification step. Only a parent or guardian should activate this feature.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through our apps, please contact us at support@bigkidsbuild.com and we will take steps to delete it.

5. Data Storage and Security

• We do not operate our own servers or databases for user data
• All colouring pages and drawings are stored locally on the device only
• Photos sent for processing are transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS)
• We do not sell, share, or rent any user data

6. In-App Purchases

Our apps may offer in-app purchases to unlock additional content. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

7. Parental Rights

Parents and guardians may:

• Delete the app and all locally stored data at any time
• Contact us to request deletion of any data
• Disable the photo feature by not completing the parental gate

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
